Should I glue my denture before I bring it in for repair? No, while it may seem like a good idea to glue the denture before you bring it in to be repaired or glue it until you get it repaired; we strongly advise against this. Call right away to let us help you get it fixed. The reason it's not a good idea to glue the denture if it breaks is because if the denture is off by even micromillimeters when it's glued, it can cause it to sit incorrectly in the mouth and throw the bite off due to sitting in the incorrect position. Once a denture sits incorrectly in the mouth, it can not only agitate the tissue, but if the bite is off, it can cause your teeth to not chew and occlude the way that they were designed to. It can also cause the denture to be prone to break again due to an occlusion that isn't balanced and is causing heavy contact on certain parts of the denture. Often times, once a denture has been glued back incorrectly, it can no longer be correctly repaired back to its original state and can mean a new denture/s are now required rather than just a repair.

What is the benefit of I.D. integration into my denture?By adding your name, phone number or both to your denture, your denture can be returned if misplaced. This can also be incredibly helpful to anyone that deals with Dementia, Alzheimer's or any form of memory loss and are at risk of losing track of their dentures. Being able to have dentures returned rather than replaced can save money on a new denture set, as well as save time with trips to the clinic to have a new set fabricated.

What type of materials do you use in your dentures? We use a heat cure acrylic that provides patients with a tight fit, and an incredibly dense denture base that not only minimizes bacteria build-up, but also makes the denture less prone to fracture or breakage. Our Standard denture offers limited molds and shades to pick from in a high quality tooth that will give the patient a life-like smile with exceptional wear resistance. Our Premium denture uses APN (Advanced Polymer Network) teeth that are crosslinked to offer top-tier wear resistance, while also mimicking anatomical characteristics found in natural teeth, and are offered in a wide range of molds and shades, including bleach shades; to give the patient the greatest customization.
